3 Padel Tips from our Coaches:
1. Learn Basic Positioning: Run to the net at the correct moment. The best times to run at the net are after you serve. It’s a common belief that 90% of all points in padel are won at the net.
2. Master the Walls: It can be quite difficult to learn how to use the walls to your advantage when playing padel, especially for tennis lovers. Three factors to make the most out of the court walls are; a relaxed mind, a compact position, and early preparation.
3. Be Part of a Team: Padel is a great social sport so teaming up with players who know the game will help you get to where you want to be, in a fun way. You not only learn how to play padel but also the skills behind the game. Some skills are teamwork, basic gripping, positioning, and shot techniques.
